OCHSA10 Endoscope Camera Overview
Aielite has launched the new OCHSA10 800*800 medical endoscopy camera module. Available in the following sizes: 3mm without LED and steel tube, 3.3mm with steel tube and 4LEDs. steel tube lengths can be customized, cable lengths up to 10M. 120° lens by default, 90° lens optional.
Application scenario:
1, medical endoscopy, disposable endoscopy field. Such as tracheoscopy, gastroscopy, cystoscopy, etc.
2, Industrial endoscopy field. Such as engine block, auto parts casting, airplane blades, etc.
3, animal endoscopy field. Such as otorhinolaryngoscope, laparoscope, etc.

What can we do for medical endoscope project?
1: Endoscope front diameter, decoder board size, cable length, material. All can be customized according to the demand.
2:Support to realize special functions such as one-key photo, one-key video, one-key white balance, one-key frame image on software or hardware.
3:Support dimming function, such as 1~10 levels (such as three, six, eight and ten levels, etc.).
4: Support adding MUC SOC chip to realize special function requirements, such as edge computing, medical image analysis.
5: Provide sensor image optimization and debugging services to optimize and upgrade for different application scenarios and requirements. For example, applied to medical endoscopy, industrial endoscopy and animal endoscopy.
6: Support impedance matching (0~500Ω) at the cable end of the endoscope module to improve the vertical streak problem.
7: Design relevant PCBs according to medical certification standards in different countries and regions.
