Sony IMX335 Sensor Introduction:
Sony IMX335 Image Sensor SOC, IMX335LQN-C is a 6.52mm diagonal (1/2.8 type) CMOS active pixel-type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 5.14m effective pixels. The chip uses a triple power supply of 2.9V for analog, 1.2V for digital operation, and 1.8V for interface, resulting in low power consumption. The use of R, G, and B primary color mosaic films enables high sensitivity, low dark current, and no coating. ters. this chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge integration time.
